Maglon Construction has demonstrated a tremendous capacity to find cost effective
solutions to difficult old house type problems for us. They earned our patronage
doing very architecturally appropriate work on our classic 1930’s bungalow. We used
them again on our new-old house, a tall stucco prairie four-square built in 1928 in
the 21st and Cinncinnati area. Significant soffit, fascia, gutter, and crown mold
replacement, 25’ off the ground, were accomplished with a gorgeous
seamless finish. They have been easy to work with, prompt, and available.
